How It Works
Introducing a Candidate
If you know a senior professional who may be open to new opportunities, and you believe they could be a strong fit for one of our searches, we’d be delighted if you would connect us.
With their consent, we’ll bring them into our process and assess them alongside the wider market.
If your introduction leads to a successful placement, we will offer a thank-you reward of up to £2,000 (or a donation to a charity of your choice).
Rewards are issued once our client has confirmed the appointment and our fee has been paid.

Terms in Brief
The referred individual must not already be in contact with us about the role.
Only introductions with the candidate’s consent will be considered.
Rewards are issued once a placed candidate has started and our client’s fee is non-refundable.
- The value of the reward is capped at £2,000 in the UK (local equivalents elsewhere). The exact amount varies depending on the assignment, and is capped at 10% of our fee.
